THA Times - March/April 2024

"Rhythm and Ribs"

The Tifton community came alive with excitement and energy as residents of all ages gathered to partake in the beloved annual tradition of the "Rhythm and Ribs" barbecue festival. Amidst the vibrant festivities, the youth of THA found themselves immersed in a day of sun-drenched fun and adventure, thanks to the tireless efforts of their parents and the dedicated support of THA's Resident Services Advocate, Sasha King.

From the moment they arrived, our young residents were greeted with an abundance of activities designed to ignite their imaginations and fuel their spirits. The towering Ferris wheel stood as a beacon of excitement, inviting them to soar to new heights and take in the bustling spectacle below. The colorful bounce houses provided endless entertainment, echoing the sounds of laughter and joy as children bounced and played with boundless enthusiasm. Of course, no festival experience would be complete without indulging in the delicious culinary offerings that filled the air with mouthwatering aromas. Our youth savored every bite of the sumptuous barbecue delights. Through moments of shared laughter and joy, we celebrated the spirit of unity and connection that makes Tifton such a special place to call home.
