Tift County Schools "Green"

Effective Monday, August 24, Tift County public schools will be open for in-person instruction Monday through Fridays. WITH SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

Adam Hathaway, Tift County Superintendent, said the Green designation "means all students that have selected face-to-face instruction will be attending school in person Monday through Friday starting next week. All students who selected the full-time online option will not be affected by this change." 

The schools will reopen with safety protocols. Parents should stress physical distancing and  encourage their children to wash their hands and wear a mask whenever physical distancing is not possible.
