Invitation for Bids for HVAC System Replacements at GA 101-7C (30 Units in Tifton, GA) April 2, 2020



The Tifton Housing Authority will accept bids for equipment, parts, materials, and labor for HVAC System Replacements in 30 Units at GA 101-7C Old Omega Road Apartments in Tifton, Georgia. A pre-bid conference will be held through online video on April 17, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to participate. Request instructions from the Authority's Contact listed below. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB instructions and must be received by the Tifton Housing Authority, 15 E. 16th Street, P. O. Box 12, Tifton, GA 31793 no later than May 5, 2020 at 3:00 PM. Any bids received after that time will not be accepted.
