Designated Parking Spaces

Dear Tenants:

Everyone must park in a designated parking space. If you do not park in a designated space, you will receive a parking ticket. All vehicles must have a parking sticker, no exceptions.

Illegal Parking

• First Offense - Warning
  
  
• Second Offense - $50.00
  
  
• Third Offense - Vehicle Towed
  
  
• Fourth Offense - Eviction
